Lilly makes me proud because
*she's such a great big sister to her brother.
*she's been a big help to me while Stuart is away.
*she's been working so hard on her dance solo.
*she's been working hard on her math.
*she wrote down the number from the save the animals commercial on a post-it and gave it to me.
*her favorite dance is her solo. I asked why it was her favorite and she said, "I am just happy I got a chance to do a solo."
*she loves her friends at school even when they sometimes don't make her feel so good.
Lilly, I love you so much!

It was my turn to host book club and my book pick was "Harry Potter and the Socerer's Stone." Many of the ladies hadn't read a Harry Potter book and I thought it might be kind of fun read. I loved reading it again! Stuart and I made some Harry Potter themed food for the night - chocolate frog cake pops, snitch cupcakes and magic wands (pretzel rods dipped in chocolate and sprinkles). We even attempted to make butter beer but it was totally disgusting!!

Stu's been working at home for the last month and that has given Zac plenty of time to observe him while he works. While Stu was picking up Lilly from school today, Zac hopped right up in the chair Stu's been using and started to try and put his Ipod ear buds in. He tried and tried but couldn't get them to stay in his little ears so I just draped them over the top of his ears and that seemed to please him. He then grabbed the mouse and went to work on Stu's laptop. He's got Stu down perfectly - except for the broken foot!

It's my first day on my 2011 Project 365 so I thought I'd grab my camera and shoot some pictures of Zac. Boy did I hit the jackpot!! Can you believe all of this happened in two minutes? I just kept clicking and he was such a good little subject. As a family, we laugh at his facial expressions all the time so it felt good to capture them for our memory book.
